Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ivy & Co. Aesthetics. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to these terms.

2. Consultations
A £50 non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This includes a medical assessment and treatment plan. This fee is deductible from treatment costs if treatment is undertaken within 30 days.

3. Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to medical assessment and may not be suitable for all individuals. We reserve the right to decline treatment based on clinical judgement.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or forfeiture of the consultation fee.

5. Results
Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice.

6. Liability
We are insured for all services delivered, but accept no liability for adverse outcomes where full medical history is not disclosed.

 

7. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept debit/credit cards and Stripe-based payments
